Story: One Business Bro’s Idea That Made the Last 5 Years the Most Transformative of My Life
When I started my business, I began consuming business content somewhat obsessively. Not all of it was good, but most of it felt refreshing—especially coming from where I come from.
Every now and then, I’d come across something that reshaped everything.
I’m sharing one of those ideas here.
This one thought crystalized the single insight that made the last five years the best of my life so far.
Maybe it’ll show how naive I was.
But I’m sharing it on the off chance it hits you like it hit me.
If it’s not a grenade explosion, maybe it’s just a solid reminder.
Here we go:
You're climbing a mountain.
At the top lie all the riches: “my precious”—gold, friends, fame (and even that secret thing you want).
What could be better than that?
Well, that's the thing that took a business bro to say to me.
Everything you find at the top is just a candy bar compared to the real prize.
The biggest reward is becoming the person who is capable of reaching the top.
Stronger legs. Sharper instincts. Wiser. More resilient. More content.
Becoming the kind of person worthy of standing at the summit.
That’s the real reward.
Becoming a capable creator…
So you can live a life by design.
I don’t wish for things to be easy or challenge-free.
If you take a helicopter to the top, you don’t become anything.
You’ll look at the view—bored, unimpressed.
Winning the lottery, for example, is statistically more likely to ruin your life than improve it.
If you’re missing this perspective, you’re missing the whole point.
In fact, if you're aiming at the wrong target, it doesn’t matter how much effort or money you throw at it—
You're guaranteed to blow it.
If you’ve found a better idea than this one, please share it with me.
I still remember the exact moment I first heard something like this.
I was cooking pasta, listening to a Sabri Suby training when he dropped the idea of becoming worthy of success.
I replayed it again and again, while my spaghetti went from al dente to overcooked.
In that moment, the idea that becoming is the reward really crystalized for me.
That’s when my mind went: I’ll take that pill instead of the other one.
I haven’t found a stronger pill to keep me focused and energized with what I do.
The question we all need to ask sometimes is: What am I really pursuing?
What is success—actually?
If you don’t define it, it’s very possible you’re chasing the wrong thing—and the consequences are far from trivial.
Focus on achieving, and you win once in a while—for about an hour. That’s how fast the high fades.
Focus on becoming, and you win every day.
if you catch yourself thinking, "I agree but I still value the achievement more" you don't agree. Which is fine, but we got to be real.
Thank you for reading, I'm happy to share the climbing with you. because that's all there is.

Strategic Note 7:
One Launch Secret For You High-Ticket Program Or Membership.
This is one of the 3 secrets I shared in the Product Launch Free Training above.
Let’s get straight into it: THEMES.
Whenever you’re launching a product, having a theme instantly makes the whole thing feel more cohesive, engaging, and fun.
Let’s say you have a language course for professionals in field X who want to achieve goal Y.
You can give the program a theme that has nothing to do with the goal or the subject itself.
It could be a location-based theme: Berlin Club, Kyoto Program, Chicago Cohort...
Or based on interests: History, Cinema, Art, Science...
Or even inspired by nature: Seasons, Astronomy, Animals...
A theme acts as a frame—it shapes your messaging (copy), your discussion topics, the overall mood and vibe, and especially the visuals.
And visuals really stick in people’s minds.
If your theme is Summer, for example, all the beach images and sunshine vibes will definitely make your market stop and pay attention.
