Don't Know? Test It.

A short, punchy reflection from Gydion Kummer on why “don’t know, test it” might be the most annoyingly effective business advice you’ll ever get.

Don’t Know? Test It.

Learning faster by experimenting instead of overthinking

My first business coach taught me something radical that I hated at first, but it gave me so much that I'll share it in case it serves someone on this beautiful Wednesday.

For frrrrrrrreee..!

For 90% of my questions, he had the same answer.

"don't know, test it."

Sometimes:

"Did you test it?"

Or, worse:

"How did you test it?" 😂

Don't know if that's radically lazy or radically smart.

The market will teach you.

The lesson is often painful.

But lo and behold, it works. Or test it.

Consistent small tests reveal what actually works faster than endless planning.
